Sabin Consulting Engineers Ltd were appointed by Aviva Insurance to act as M&E consultants for their new office in Leeds city centre.
The office consisted of the fit out of a floor of the No.1 Whitehall Riverside office development in Leeds.
The new building offers high quality office accommodation. The scheme includes an LPHW and chilled water 4 pipe fan coil unit installation and supply and extract ventilation, Energy efficient LED lighting installations and small power and data installations to suit Aviva’s specific requirements.
