Since the Practice was established in 2011 we have rapidly earned a reputation for quality of service and reliability. The Practice has participated in many new build and renovation projects always implementing a sympathetic approach to building services design.

Since formation, the Practice has expanded under careful control to maintain stability and quality of service. We have been rewarded by this approach through achieving a high level of repeat business.

Kevin Sabin CEng MSc BEng(Hons) MCIBSE

Kevin Sabin has nearly 30 years of experience in the Building Services industry.

Kevin initially studied at the University of Hertfordshire where he completed his bachelor’s degree and also received a commendation award from The Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE). He continued his studies achieving a Masters degree at Brunel University and he is also a Chartered Engineer and a Corporate member of CIBSE.

Kevin’s early career was spent working at a management level within established engineering consultancies prior to setting up Sabin Consulting Engineers 15 years ago. With a career encompassing a wide variety of projects in a broad range of sectors ranging from education, hospitals, residential, manufacturing and commercial, Kevin is regularly engaged to develop M&E design strategies for new buildings and refurbishment projects. Along with developing design strategies Kevin has been increasingly involved in reporting and advisory roles making use of his extensive experience.
