Building Performance Thermal Modelling
In order to understand the environmental impact of a building and identify and harness the sustainable opportunities, a dynamic computer generated model can be prepared. Sabin Consulting Engineers advise Clients, Architects, and Design Teams with regard to how design decisions influence energy consumption, carbon emissions, thermal comfort, daylight, overheating studies and other building performance metrics.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for Commercial Buildings/Part L SBEM calculations
By utilising accredited CIBSE Low Carbon Energy Assessors who are certified to carry out both level 4 and level 5 assessment procedures, we are able to provide 'As Designed' and 'As Built' SBEM calculations for Part L compliance and can provide EPC certificates as necessary.
