Building services design

We specialise in the design, co-ordination and supervision of building services. We provide a comprehensive design service for the entire range of building services systems and we consider the built environment sustainability issues as part of our normal services.

We offer a full range of pre-planning design services including undertaking ‘Energy statements’ consideration of Building Regulation compliance, preparing the concept/scheme design proposals and assisting with the preparation of budget cost estimates.

We can provide various levels of building services design services to suit the needs of the project including fully detailed design or performance design. During construction we can undertake reviews of the contractors proposals, carry out site monitoring services and post-construction we can manage building optimisation and occupant evaluation studies.
