The brief:
Sabin Consulting Engineers Ltd were appointed to work with Lyster, Grillet + Harding Architects & Ramboll Structural Engineers as part of the design team for the new Gateway Free Primary School. The school was being constructed by Balfour Beatty.
The solution:
The services strategy includes the utilisation of high efficiency condensing gas boilers with micro CHP, variable speed ventilation and pumping solutions and natural ventilation.
